We look forward to your suggestions, praise or criticism

Dear patients and relatives,

It is very important to us that you feel comfortable at the Deutsches Herzzentrum der Charité!

However, if you have any reasons to criticise your stay, you can contact the staff on site at any time. We are, of course, always available for your feedback afterwards in various ways.

We are also happy to receive your praise and suggestions for improvement, forward them to the relevant departments and look forward to your participation in our satisfaction survey on the wards.

With your feedback, you make a significant contribution to the ongoing development of our services and continuous adaptation of processes in order to offer you the best possible medical care and a pleasant stay.

All your details will be used exclusively for internal processing and will of course be treated confidentially.

Patient advocates

The patient advocates are available to you as contact persons. They work independently of the Charité German Heart Centre and their task is to support and advise patients and their relatives in the event of problems and complaints with the hospital.

The following forms of contact are possible:

  • The personal conversation

  • Contact by phone or email

  • A written message in the designated letterbox in the clinic

Further information on how to contact the patient advocates can be found on the Charité website.
