Work at the DHZC
Working at the DHZC as a specialised clinic for cardiovascular diseases places high demands on the skills and knowledge of all our employees, but also offers exceptional opportunities. For us, teamwork is not just a nice word, but a necessary condition for the success of complex cardiac medicine. And this naturally applies across professional boundaries!
We firmly believe that successful and fulfilling work should be in harmony with the personal needs and individual life plans of our employees. And as different as these are, as diverse is our range of customised solutions.

Do you bring commitment, empathy, creativity, passion and idealism to the table? Then you've come to the right place!

The specific family-friendly measures include childcare services, flexible working time models, a service agreement on mobile working, the option to take time off in lieu and information on caring for relatives.
The aim of these measures is to help all members of Charité staff - whether employed, studying or in training - to achieve a good balance between family, career and everyday life. The programmes are available to all Charité employees, including those at the DHZC.
