With Enkeleda at the WDH1 station

In our video, Enkeleda introduces herself and her ward WDH1. Enkeleda comes from Albania and completed a five-year nursing degree there. She has lived in Germany for 7 years and has been part of the DHZC team for 6 years. In the film, she is accompanied by Ben, who is currently being trained.

With Luis on the WDK1 ward

We accompanied healthcare and nursing assistant Luis on a shift on the WDK1 ward. He has been with us since his training in 2017 and says: "No two days are the same on our ward. I stayed here because I am seen and heard as a person and not just one of many."
