Chief Financial Officer
The DHZC Chief Nursing Director manages, plans, organises and monitors hospital operations together with the DHZC Chief Medical Director and the DHZC Chief Nursing Director and is responsible for drawing up and implementing the partial budget and the partial investment plan for the DHZC as well as managing the funds allocated to the DHZC from the partial economic plan for research and teaching. It is also responsible for ensuring the economic efficiency of patient care within the DHZC.
The Commercial Director, Dr Rolf Zettl, is responsible for managing the DHZC's administrative, economic and healthcare areas and is Deputy Chairman of the DHZC Divisional managers. He is also responsible for Business Development & Innovation.
The organisational area is made up of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer PD Dr. med. Marc Dorenkamp MBA and the Administrative Directorate, headed by Sabine Hübler MBA. Both directors represent the Commercial Director Dr Rolf Zettl.

- Strategic purchasing coordination
The team works closely with Charité's Revenue Management, Finance, Purchasing and Corporate Controlling divisions, in particular with the DHZC Controlling team.
