The ward has 24 beds, four of which belong to the Chest Pain Unit integrated into the ward. Over 20 nursing staff care for the patients in a 3-shift system.
A professional and structured induction programme by several practical instructors enables new employees to get off to the best possible start on the ward. Care planning and documentation are carried out promptly at the patient's bedside using the latest computerised systems.
Ward WDK1 is one of the peripheral wards in the hospital.
