Chest Pain Unit

The Chest Pain Unit is an interface between the cardiological ambulance, cardiological monitoring station and intensive care unit. In compliance with the latest national and international guidelines, experienced teams carry out standardised diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on patients in the shortest possible time.

The severity of the patient's individual condition and the patient's individual risk are, of course, taken into account. This standardised and individual medical care not only helps to reduce the mortality rate of heart attack patients, but also has an effect on the success of longer-term therapy and on the average length of hospital stays.

How to reach the Chest Pain Unit

Please note: if you experience acute chest pain, you should always call an ambulance by dialling 112!
