Take the FEX in the direction of Hauptbahnhof, from there take the M85 bus to Charité-Campus Benjamin Franklin.
From S+U station Zoologischer Garten:
Take the U9 in the direction of Rathaus Steglitz, from there take the M285 bus to the Charité-Campus Benjamin Franklin station.

From the north:
Take the Berliner Ring/A10 and A111 towards Kreuz Schöneberg, then the A103 towards Steglitz and follow the signs to Wolfensteindamm/Lichterfelde until you reach Hindenburgdamm 30.
From the west:
A2 and A10 to motorway junction Funkturm, finally take the A100 and A103 to Wolfensteindamm to destination Hindenburgdamm 30.
From the south:
Take the A9 and A115 motorways to the Zehlendorf junction, from there take the B1 to Hindenburgdamm.

A2 and A115 to Beusselstraße/Ludwig-Hoffmann-Brücke , from there follow Beusselstraße, Turmstraße and Alt-Moabit to Charitéplatz in Mitte.
From the south:
A9 and A115 to Beusselstraße/Ludwig-Hoffmann-Brücke; from there via Müller- and Chausseestraße to Hannoversche Str. in Mitte and from there to Charitéplatz 1.
