Staff Unit II, Management of Service Exchanges II
The team of Staff Unit II, Control of Service Exchanges II is headed by Frank Engemann; Olaf Lehmann is his deputy. It is responsible for the organisation, coordination and commissioning of all maintenance and repair work in the areas of operational, building and medical technology. The colleagues also provide support and interdisciplinary work in the area of operational organisation.
The team helps to ensure the functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of buildings and infrastructure at the DHZC and is also responsible for the provision of services by the contracted service providers. Furthermore, the employees are involved in the implementation and monitoring of construction measures and in the preparation of investment planning.
They ensure smooth operational processes for the functionality of the medical equipment in the operating theatres, for example, and for the fulfilment of structural framework conditions.
Staff Unit II works closely with all hospital departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
